What is a sound journey
A sound journey is a practice to receive. You rest comfortably, often lying down, while the tones of the Alchemy Crystal Tone Singing Bowls move through the room and through the body. As the sound deepens, the nervous system settles with it, carrying you into a state of deep rest, stillness and clarity that remains long after the bowls grow quiet.

For more than a decade she has guided thousands of individuals and through immersive sound experiences, from intimate private sessions to corporate leadership gatherings, retreats, public immersions, and educational programs.
Her work weaves intentional listening, sound, frequency, and atmosphere into experiences that support clarity, presence, and meaningful connection.
