Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sound Space Portal, Inc ("Sound Space Portal," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Sound Space Portal provides alchemy crystal sound healing experiences, including but not limited to: public sound journeys, private sessions, small group experiences, virtual sessions, and corporate wellness programs.

Booking and Payment

• Reservations: All bookings must be made through our website or authorized booking channels.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of payment.

• Provider Cancellations: In the rare event we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Health and Safety

• Not Medical Treatment: Our services are complementary wellness practices and do not replace medical treatment or diagnosis.

• Health Disclosure: You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may be relevant to your session.

• Assumption of Risk: By participating, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.

• Contraindications: Sound healing may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions (e.g., epilepsy, pacemakers, pregnancy). Consult your healthcare provider if unsure.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for their session

• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect

• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants

• Refrain from disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who violate our code of conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided during sessions, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, and methodology (including Frequency Architecture™), are the property of Sound Space Portal, Inc and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Photography and Recording

We may photograph or record sessions for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you explicitly opt out. Personal recordings of sessions without prior written consent are prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sound Space Portal, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sound Space Portal, Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
