Your Corporate Sound Experience with Sound Space Portal.

Thank you for taking the time to connect. This page brings together everything we discussed: the structure of the experience, what is included, what your team will need to prepare, and what to expect before, during, and after the event.

No prior meditation, sound, or wellness experience is required of your team. Each person needs only to arrive, settle, and listen.

the intention

A meaningful Pause For Your Team.

In the workplace, people are asked to think, produce, decide, respond, and absorb constant input. A Sound Journey with Henrietta experience gives the nervous system and mind a different kind of instruction: soften, listen, breathe, return.

The sound supports a shift from mental busyness into presence. For many participants, this feels like deep rest, clearer thought, quiet reflection, an emotional release, or a simple sense of coming back to themselves.

No outcome is forced. The experience meets each person exactly where they are.

THE ROOM

The best environment for sound.

The sound experience works best in a quiet, private room where participants feel comfortable resting.

  • Low outside noise

  • Soft lighting

  • Comfortable temperature

  • Enough space between participants

  • A clean floor or clear seating arrangement

  • Minimal interruptions

  • Doors that can close

  • A calm atmosphere before participants enter

What to avoid. Please do not place the session near loud kitchens, active hallways, open offices, heavy foot traffic, or rooms with constant mechanical noise. Sound is sensitive, the more care given to the room, the stronger the experience will feel.

STAFF PREPARATION

How your team can prepare.

Participants do not need prior experience with meditation, sound, yoga, or breathwork. A few simple notes are all your team needs.

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Avoid heavy meals before the session

  • Avoid alcohol before the experience

  • Bring water

  • Bring a journal if reflection time is included

  • Arrive on time so the group can settle together

  • Silence phones

  • Come with an open mind

  • Rest in a chair if lying down isn't comfortable

PARTICIPANT CARE

A gentle health note.

Sound experiences are generally gentle, but each person receives sound differently. Participants who are pregnant, have sound sensitivity, active concussion symptoms, seizure history, serious mental health concerns, or specific medical questions are encouraged to check with their qualified care provider before participating.

This experience is not a medical treatment, therapy session, or replacement for professional care. It is a guided sound and rest experience designed to support presence, reflection, and restoration.
